Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership
Dr. Lopez is a respected leader on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she currently chairs the Ethnic Studies Subcommittee and the College of Letters and Science DEI Committee.  She also sits on the Campus Diversity and Climate Committee and the Advisory Board for the APIDA Student Center, and co-founded the Communication Arts Diversity and Equity Committee.  Nationally, she sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Critical Race and Digital Studies.
